If you are experiencing growth and desperately need personnel but you dont have the cash to pay professional recruiters like us in bulk - then this is the model for you !
Basically - you pay us a fixed amount per month and you can recruit an agreed number of people per year.
Obviously you have to sign a contract for 12 months, or else it just wont be worthwhile for us !
We will guarantee the personnel and replace them without charging you commission again if the person leaves within the first 3 months.
We can also bundle payroll services, HR and Labour relations advice.
This model is only for office personnel, we do not recruit blue collar workers. The pay as you go model suits the growing IT consulting or development firm very well.
